Perkasie Welcomes The Gutter Guys
The Gutter Guys have opened their new headquarters at 320 S, 7th Street in Perkasie, bringing 30 employees to the Upper Bucks community.
The Gutter Guys purchased the building in October to consolidate their office and warehousing space, which were operating in two different locations. The local franchise is owned by Chalfont residents Mike and Kim McKiernan and Josh Williams. The company specializes in new installations, repairs, gutter-guard, and niche copper gutters. Ninety-five percent of their business is residential.
Perkasie Mayor John Hollenbach, state Rep. Craig Staats, Perkasie Director of Economic Development Consultant Stephan Barth, and Perkasie Towne Improvement Association President Karen Chellew, and PTIA Director of Development Joe Ferry recently helped welcome The Gutter Guys to town with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house.
“The way we were welcomed by Perkasie, with open arms, it felt like home,” said McKiernan. “Perkasie is at the bullseye of our service area for Bucks and Montgomery Counties and the Lehigh Valley; we are about one hour in every direction. We look forward to being involved in the Perkasie community.”
